Refund Policy
All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 30 days from purchase*.
- If your item is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@strenzia.com. We will replace or refund your purchase after verification.
- If you received the wrong item (color, size, or product), contact us within 48 hours and we’ll send the correct item.
- For defective products, please include photos or videos in your email.
⚠️ Note: Misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or abuse of the product are not covered.

🔄 Returns Policy
- Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the purchase date. After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, intimate/sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable products.
Partial refunds may apply if:
- Items are not in original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Returns are made after 30 days.

🔄 Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts
- If your order was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item.
- If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Contact support@strenzia.com before returning your product.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
- Returns must be sent to the warehouse it came from (e.g., China).
- Shipping time for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
- We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item if not sent correctly.
